Our Governance

It is a fundamental principle of GPN that all business dealings and interactions are conducted legally, ethically, with honesty and integrity – the foundation for our Code of Conduct.

Project governance principles apply through all our professional services and more importantly within our clients’ business environment. A compliance assessment is conducted at the earliest project stage to adapt the PMO or the project framework to the company’s policies, stakeholders’ requirements and governance principles.

The project framework proposed in this context will establish the appropriate controls to ensure general governance compliance through visibility and reporting accuracy, selected metrics, financial uniformity and auditing requirements.

Code of Conduct and Guiding Principles
