Jean-Francois Genest
With more than 20 years experience in international business project and program management services within the context of business transformation, notably applied in the manufacturing, service industry, telecommunications, information technology and government organizations, Jean-Francois leads GPN’s practices and management.
Winning major contracts and delivering prestigious business programs, he has developed a proven track record in implementing successful PMOs and large projects in world class companies. Jean-Francois’ experience in complex global business structures has seen him work with executive committees and boards of directors to resolve issues, implement innovative project management solutions and standardise reporting throughout the company’s project life cycle.
Supported with an MBA and PMP certification, Jean-Francois demonstrates exceptional results in leading strategic organisational transformation with business units in multiple countries. His cross-cultural management experience is invaluable in equipping the leadership and employee’s to embrace change.
Jeff Dutton
Jeff is an organisational development and change facilitation specialist in the areas of strategic and operational planning, systems design, implementation, and change management using program and project management as drivers.
Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of business related management and staff development programs, training interventions, and change processes. His experience spans the private, public, and community sectors and includes industries such as retail, construction, information technology, distribution, professional and consulting services, state and local government and universities.
Jeff holds a Masters of Business Administration, a Graduate Certificate in Training (Action Learning), a Bachelor of Business, a Diploma in Project Management, and a Certificate IV in Assessment and Training. He has completed post graduate studies in Project Management and Econometrics, is an assessor for accredited training in Australia (Vocational Education) and is an AIPM RegPM Assessor at Level 5.
Tim Green
Tim has developed considerable acumen in the management of organizational evolution and brings strategic leadership and practical training and equipping to high performance project management teams and their staff. Working for multi-million dollar international businesses, he is equally comfortable in smaller organizations offering a more ‘hands on’ approach.
As a change management specialist, Tim is able to work alongside under-performing teams and branch offices to see them not only reach but exceed their targets. His ability to manage the transition of staff and the wider organisation has seen him lead the Citadel Group as marketing manager, Australia's 9th fastest growing company in 2008 and 3rd fastest growing company in 2009.
He has also managed successful offshore businesses including ERACOM NZ, Data General in Papua New Guinea and the Asian operations of CVSI with offices in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
Tim has a sound understanding of electronic security technologies, secure payments systems, mission critical banking applications and the regulatory environment into which they are implemented. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Bond University.
Greg Lennon
With more than 15 years professional management experience acquired in the retail and construction industries, Greg contributes by facilitating the alignment of our clients’ business strategies with project management plans and deployment.
Dynamic and comfortable with project operational execution and client interfaces, he brings proactive, strategic and tactical advice across the project life cycle.
Greg holds an MBA and is a Master’s Graduate from the internationally recognised Australian Centre of Family Business. This latest recognition provides a concrete hedge to the team, adding insight to the role of family in business to our core project management body of knowledge.
Khanh Tran
Khanh brings over a decade of experience in telco and delivery of technology solutions to industries such as banking, energy, and telecommunication. With footprint in America , Latin America, and Southeast Asia , Khanh successfully managed end-to-end services in the areas of technology consulting, systems integration and the business process management.
Khanh has a deep background and understanding of global outsourcing business. He began his career with projects for MNC such as Nortel, Telefonica, and Santander. Later at Bell ICT outsourcing, he carried out managed telephony solution for Bell Canada , Hydro-Quebec, and Desjardins. In 2007, Khanh moved to Vietnam and held executive position at Officience. He leads a diverse team of BPO and ITO professionals for all aspects of the company’s delivery functions.
Khanh holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Montreal, Canada, and has portfolio of telecommunication training including telephone switch, call manager, IVR, and voice over IP networking.
